At Little Eaton roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Abbey Hill - A38 (signposted Ring Road, Burton, Birmingham).

At roundabout take the 1st exit onto Ashbourne Road - A52 (signposted City Centre).

Turn right onto Uttoxeter Old Road. Turn left onto Junction Street.

Turn left onto Uttoxeter New Road - A516.

The College Business Centre is located on the left-hand side opposite the cemetery.

Keep in right-hand lane then continue forward, then merge onto St Alkmunds Way - A601 (signposted City Centre North, Inner Ring Road).

Keep in right hand lane then continue forward (signposted Inner Ring Road, Burton A38).

Continue forward (one-way) then immediately at traffic signals continue forward (signposted Inner Ring Road, City Centre).

Bear left then shortly, At traffic signals turn right onto Curzon Street - A516 (signposted Uttoxeter).

Continue forward onto Uttoxeter (signposted Uttoxeter, Burton A38).
