At Little Eaton roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Abbey Hill - A38 (signposted Ring Road, Burton, Birmingham).

At roundabout take the 1st exit onto Ashbourne Road - A52 (signposted City Centre).

Turn right onto Uttoxeter Old Road. Turn left onto South Street.

Turn right onto Vernon Gate.

Gleneagles House is located on the left-hand side of the road.

Leave the M1 at junction 25, then at roundabout take the 1st exit, then merge onto the A52 (signposted Derby).

At Pentagon Island roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Eastgate - A52 (signposted City Centre).

Keep in right-hand lane then continue forward, then merge onto St Alkmunds Way - A601 (signposted City Centre North, Inner Ring Road).

Keep in right hand lane then continue forward (signposted Inner Ring Road, Burton A38).

Continue forward (one-way) then immediately at traffic signals turn right onto Friar Gate.

At the lights turn left onto Uttoxeter Old Road. Turn left onto South Street.

Turn right onto Vernon Gate.
