The SchoolIP product has now launched its two new modules at the BETT 2009 exhibition held at Londons Olympia in January. The SchoolIP product has released the School Development Planner and the Staff Performance Monitor modules.

The School Development Planner ensures that your development planning comes alive, creating real feedback between staff, departments and managers. The software provides notifications when projects are completed, creating real dialogue through the software ensuring that a development plan is followed rather than written and forgotten about. The flexible design can incorporate any development planning set up.

The Staff Performance Monitor creates a personalised profile for every member of staff to manage and evidence their objectives. More than this, it allows staff to build up a permanent comprehensive portfolio of their training, work and professional development by harnessing new technologies such as blogging.

Conformable lesson observations keep a record of all staff observations and attach themselves to their objectives. Summary data is then available through the integrated package to instantly inform your SEF judgements.
